They have sticky backs that are covered with tape that peels off when it's being installed. Not unusual for one to come loose.  I would just press firmly and see if it stays.

I don't think so, that part of it isn't glued to anything, can actually see the little tiny wires

Nope, 170 flights, had a few issues with gimbal noise when first got it. And then latlely bad video signal, was just flying at 300 feet about 1500 feet away and it looked like it was crashing at first, got it back to home and the camera just hanging limp. waiting for dji support to get back to me. still under waranty

That should definitely be covered by warranty.  Good luck with the journey to replacement!
