Hello all,

Im buying a new micro sd card(s) for my Phantom 4 Pro with which I shoot 4k.  Im having trouble deciding on a micro SD card, would I greatly benefit from a write speed of up to 90MB/s over 60MB/s?

Sandisk Extreme
Read: Up to 90MB/s
Write: Up to 60MB/s

Sandisk Extreme Pro
Read: Up to 95MB/s
Write: Up to 90MB/s

Thanks,
Jeremy

No need to buy more expensive card than needed, read speed is close so the time to copy from the card woud be almost the same.
I would stick to 32GB and buy more of them over lager cards, then change card with battery, should anything go wrong less would be  lost.

Thanks but I don't see how the 90 over 60 benefits me?  I thought the 60 write speed is more than fast enough?

As you can see there is where to choose ... each one with their need and if there is variety, it is for some reason. regards

Samsung cards are good, but why take the risk? If you buy a genuine Sandisk Extreme Pro it is virtually guaranteed to work. Don't try to skimp price wise, it is not worth it.

Ok. I was just double checking my answer and thought I had it worng.
Anyways, I am using the SanDisk Ultra Plus 64GB Class 10 V40 and I havent had any issues filming in 4k or running out of space. They came in a 2 pack for $49 at Costco.

OK, but be wary, the Sandisk Ultra series are just on the border of being fast enough. Better to use the Sandisk Extreme Pro series, then you won't have a problem.
