Gimbal disconnected, no image transmission signal

Hi,

I was flying my Inspire 1 with X5 camera yesterday, and all was going well.

Today, I set the drone up to get some more shots and the gimbal isn't coming to life - it doesn't do its usual little dance when I power up the drone and the DJI Go app says No Image Transmission Signal in the top left of the screen. The green light is on on the camera, but there is no feed to the DJI Go app. When I go into Aircraft Status, Gimbal Status says 'Gimbal Disconnected'. It seems to be completely dead.

Any idea what might be causing the issue? I'd like to have it fixed to get some more shots tomorrow if possible!

Hi, Jonnie. Please try to clean the connector and reinstall the camera and see if it works. I would recommend you check the 8 pin and 10 pin cable above the camera and see if it is well-connected. Please keep us updated, thanks.
