I am having the same problem, When i do 360 pano, it only takes 25 photos.

if you are trying to upload the photo to facebook and want it to recognize the 360 image as 360, not pano, you will need to update the metadata of the photo.  You can use a program called Exif Fixer and it will upload as a 360 globe photo that can move around.

On the Theta website you can download stitching plug ins for photoshop and lightroom.
