Hi all, I am having a problem with my Mavic which I'm pretty worried. When I plug the battery into the charging hub, the hub's light turns red and I can't turn the battery on. Can anyone explain to me what is this problem and what is the solution? Thank you.

Solid red in the indicator means Power supply or battery error.
Do you have other batteries to have a try?
