Goodmorning everybody,
i'm having troblues connecting my iphone x to the remote controller. I have tried already the connection with the dji lightling cable to micro usb, and the connection between the usb port to my iphone with an original apple lightning cable. I have also reinstalled dji go 4, but it seems that nothing is working. In every case i read disconnceted. I have upgraded my mavic pro to the latest version possible. What can i do now?

I'm just a rookie, but just got my iPhone X this week and all I had to do to get connected was make sure the app was updated and pushed the lightning plug free of the encasement.  I flew it yesterday with no connectivity problems.  

Hi, what is the iOS version of your iPhone X? Could you please delete the DJI GO 4 app, then upgrade the OS to the iOS 11.2, then install the APP again? See if it helps.

I have the same issue. App opens for 30sec and closes.

Having the same issue where the app closes out. I finally was not able to reconnect and had no video feed.  Thank god for the home button on the controller or my Mavic was a goner.

have you update to latest IOS 11.2 yet?  That should fix the problem.

I spoke to customer service at DJI today and they told me that the iPhone X isn't certified yet.  It's still in testing.  I'm not sure why that is making the go 4 app to crash, though.  mine is crashing, also!  I'm able to record but it just goes to the SDcard and I can't get it to my phone!  #frustrated

Im Having issues too with brand new Iphone X, Previously I've been using my iphone6 but it died.

Problems
It will connect, but within 20 seconds of take off image transmission dies.
I have updated everything to the best of my knowledge.

Any help would be appreciated

I have the iPhone X and its working fine for me, I got connectivity issues using the enclosed Micro-USB to Lightning connector from day one on my iPhone 7 Plus, I now use full size USB to lightning in the bottom socket and no issues.

Used it recently with the latest iOS 11.4 and flew yesterday running iOS 12 Beta 1 without any problems.
