So, Apple released iOS 11.2. Could it be that this release fixes some of the problems people have been having with the DJI Go 4 app? We know that DJI has been working with Apple to fix some problems.

Just loaded the new update (IOS 11.2) and its the first it has worked since I got my iphone 8+. Always worked with my Ipad never with my Iphone 8+ .

That is encouraging. I've seen several reports of success with iOS 11.2 so far.

same here. fixed connection problem with the app and the controler.

Yes this one definitely fix my iPhone X disconnect issue with DJI GO 4.  Once update to 11.2 and open DJI GO 4 immediately the connection back on.

This definitely worked for me, hopefully it will for everyone else.

Excellent. I just updated to iOS 11.2... I hope to get a replacement Mavic Pro in a week or so and will be able to test it out then.
