False. Not supported.
The sensor can probably do it, but that would be without any digital image stabilization.

Not true, the sensor is the same as the Mavic, which means is 4k but due to the cropping for compensating to the 3rd axis stabilisation we only get 1080 out of the sensor. You can upscale in postproduction to 4k.

For pictures yes, for video no.
