Yesterday i tried to edit movie of videos with total was 9 mins , whenever i try to use the app is crash and shutdown by itself , need solution to fix that issue .
P.S: app is wrking only few sceond now then shutdown when i cleared the al cach start work but i lost my videos

Same problem here on iPhone X. App crashes after 10- 20 secs. Nothing I can do to stop it crashing. Can't fly.

yes - this is extremely frustrating. Does not happen to me now but has done before. Especially since skypixel is still my main editor app and so the only place i can edit from is my internal storage which then dissapears when i eventually deleted and reinstalled the app as a solution to the disconnect problem. what devise are you using? and are you running the very latest app version (1 Dec 2017 v.18) ? let me know what devise you are using.

First time tonight my iPad DJI app  started crashing. I rarely ever see an app do that, so there must be some very botched code in there for that do just wipe out an entire running app.  I still have an Android device which I'll keep close by next time I go flying.

must be serious attention from DJI and fix that app bug , wish if someone from support consider it as serious issue

I got my Mavic on Friday and am having the same issue. Have the current version of the app on an iPhone X and it crashes every 15 seconds or so. It's fair to say that it's spoiling the experience so far

Update: I've just removed and re-installed the app and it seems to be working OK now

After deleting and re-installing, the downlink video clips are still there in DJI GO 4 ? thanks.

I also did this and it worked for a couple of batteries,  it on the third it was back to crashing frequently. Tried clearing the cache, but no good :-(

I had the same problem, I use an apple iPad mini 4 and what a drama. Apple did an update which fixed any bugs. So I recommend checking your device for any updates.

9 mins? Last time I edited a video was saying 5 mins max. Haven't tried in a couple months has the 5 min limit gone up?

Yeah mine keeps crashing I’d delete the app and everything I’m down to the conclusion that DJI just sucks I’m returning my mavic because I got it like 3 days and never buying this crap again 1.3k dollars and can’t even get an app to work with the worlds most simplest phone .

Yep, I spoke too soon. Used it for two flights earlier and it was fine...now it's back to crashing every 15 seconds again

Sadly not no

Upgrade to the latest version of IOS released yesterday.  It will fix the problem.
