the possible ability to axcess offline maps in dji go 4 app on androide option not possible even if i am using the latest software

They disabled it due to problems with the Here Maps server. It will be back in a future update.

Yes, as the offline maps server of HERE Maps is unstable, we have temporarily removed this feature from DJI GO v3.1.23 for Android and DJI GO 4 v4.1.18 for Android. We apologize for any inconveniences caused. We will make this feature available in the newer version as soon as possible.

Might be a good opportunity to go back to Google Maps !!

Don't fix it !, downloaded Google map of where I was flying today, it was like Christmas had come early.
