I flew this moring and was tyring edit my video, and it shut off. anyone having this problem?
If i delete my app, would i still have my video from this moring??
The problem with the app after i was done flying and put the drone away. It was when i editing the vidoes

Happened to me once and it was scary as heck specially the AC was about 400ft up and 600 ft away only happened once for now.

oh man not good. My app did find in flight it just happened after i was done.

You can fly the AC just fine, app or no app.  

The video is recorded on the SD card in the gimbal, so deleting the app won't affect what's on the SD card.  

I think it's much easier to copy the video file from the SD card to your desktop or whatever.  And then you can use any editor you wish to edit the video.  If something goes wrong, you have two copies of the vid.

Hi sir, if you remove the app, the files will be deleted. So please do a backup like syncing the flight record and saving the pics and videos before your reinstallation.
Please try to reinstall the latest app and see if this helps to recover the crash. If it doesn't, could you please tell me what mobile device you are using? Thanks.

Same thing has happened to me and it started a few days ago , I finally found out the problem was that I updated to the lastest operating system for my Apple I pad big mistake I should have left well enough alone. It took me an hour on the phone to find out from DJI that they have not updated their firmware to work with the lastet apple operating system for the ipad.

You should inform this person that if he has updated to Apples new operating system that his dji go app will crash because DJI did not update their firmware when dji released their new operating system for their ipads and I phones

Yes, you are right, but I need to confirm which device he is using. If he uses Android device, then it is a different case.  

It´s not ever the app itself. If an OS update complete then is it not sure that the jump table of the new version of the OS the same as in the old OS. The Jump table will be changed for more new functions in the OS and expansions. Please DJI have an eye on that OS´s iOS or android.
