Is anyone having issues when attempting to view a sphere picture in the DJI Go4 app?  I am trying to view the sphere picutes I took but when it goes to the stitching it starts and so far I have waited up to 20 minutes and the little blue bar sits near the starting point and doesnt move.  I dont have any issues when doing a 180* horizontal or vertical.

Hi sir, please try to clean the apps that running in the background, make sure that there is enough space (at least 500M) for the stitching and shoot a Sphere again. If it doesn't help, may I know the mobile device you are using? Please try a mobile with a strong configuration to ensure the proper use of the 360 pano. Thank you.

I’m using an iPad Mini 4 with iOS 11.2. Most recent DJI Go4 app. After 45 minutes it still hasn’t finished and is still sitting near the start. I have 18gb Of space available on the iPad. I tried doing it in a iPhone 7 Plus using iOS 11.2 and I get the same results.

I use an Ipad Mini 4 and the stitching is quite fast. Do you have a lot of other apps running at the same time?

No other app running or open. What iOS are you using?  I’ve tried it in 2 different devices both with iOS11.2 with same results no stitching sphere photos but the 180* horizontal and vertical do just fine.
