I received my brand new Phantom 4 Advanced yesterday. Today, I check for remote battery and it was fine, then I check the drone battery and nothing happens. No ligths were on. I charged both of them for more than two hours, but the drone battery is dead. I orderd it by Amazon to El Salvador, and I now there a autorized seller here in the country. ¿Is it possible to ask for a new battery?

Somebody needs to make it right.
