I’ve read various reports saying people are experiencing the same issue as I am however most seem to be on android platforms.

When using my iPhone 6s Plus  version 11.1.2 with dji go 4 version 4.1.18 the app runs for around 20 seconds to a minute then crashes and I have to restart the app, normally I could wait but I have a trip away to Iceland planned for next week and would be devistated if I couldn’t use the drone can anyone help or suggest anything to possibly remedy this fault ???

update your IOS to 11.2 available now

Hi, like 2# mentioned, please try to update the app to iOS 11.2, it should work then. If it keeps crashing even after updating the system, please help to provide the name with the mobile device, the version of the app and your DJI account, as well as the crash logs. The crash logs of the app need to be exported by iTools, please install iTools on your computer----Toolbox----Advanced Features.
