Don't the laws prohibit flying over towns and villages ? in France they do there are even some farms that are on the national NFZ map. Here is the map for my local area you can move about and see just how restrictive it is I would be surprised if Italy was different.

I am tempted to fly over our very picturesque village but chances are someone will complain then it will be a visit by the flics and god knows what else might happen. I thought about asking for permission from the marie but almost certainly the answer would be no.Grrrrr.

Tell you what why dont you leave France and go to Italy, easy life, no moaning people, nice girls ,nice food , nice wine  nice cars,nice and hot,full off posers and if you   give a policeman a go on you drone and he will  you be friends for life
Failing that give him 50 euro and you get permission to do what you like

Susan was my first girlfriend and i still got a tattoo to prove it l. Any way while you here i need to tell you the nightmare we had  all was good till i i updated to the latest firmware and could fly high than 30m ect
dint know at the time the problems with it just aswell it was the last day so i give up
A word of advace if an it broken dont fix it
