After replacing the yaw motor, the gimbal is only in this position

Hey Pacelli, please place the drone as the below picture and try to calibrate the gimbal to see whether it helps.

Have you tried to turn manually the gimbal at the opposite side (when the P4P is switched off)? Try it, turn the gimbal very softly towards the opposite side of the yaw until you reach the end but don't push it too much, step by step.

You may need to turn it while the AC is on.

Mine was doing same thing but when i was in mid flight, and just kept getting gimbal motor overload warning.  Tried everything that ppl had posted, looked closer at ribbon and found it was separating.  On its way to ca now.
