Having probelms with the app. It shuts off while flying also the footage didnt get downloaded to the app. But I'm sure its on the sd card. Any way to fix the app or wait until there is a update. I didn't have trouble unitl this week. DJI HELP
The app also didn't record my last flight reocrd

Try to clear the video cache and see if it work. What is your device brand and model and did you try on other device?

so clear the video cache on the drone itself. I have iPhone 6s plus. Also it didn't record into the flight record

Just cleared the cache on the app

If it´s not enough then turn off the cache.

Hey Sir, what's the current version of the APP and mobile OS? Please backup all data and reinstall the APP to see whether the flight records saved properly.

Umm im a little confused here exactly what do you mean by ..... the app ?  Is it dji go or dji go 4 or litchy ?
Just saying the app can leave it a little open to interpretation

Update the ios version to 11.2 , uninstall an install app.18 again.

Its the dji go 4 app, I've cleared the cache on my moblie and drone. It working ok but took it for a flight today 12/7/17 this morning and was looking at the videos and was editing and app shut off

i have ios 11.1.2 plus i did that uninstall the dji go 4 app before and still does that. But ill check for the ios 11.2 thanks

Some APP issues are caused by the IOS operating system and they have been fixed in IOS 11.2. Please update to the latest OS, then refer my suggestion in 6# and confirm.
