So I'm in the Smoky Mountains, plenty to get still shots of, and videos of . . . stills are easy. Video however, seems to need to be arranged.

Are there any websites/books, etc (or a thread here) that gives advice on how to plan video shoots? Framing, speed, pannign/yaw speeds, etc?

Thanks!
Jon

I think slow and easy is key but here are some links on some recent threads posted about taking videos.

Ah! That's perfect--I've seen some mods for getting a consistent yaw speed etc.

THanks!

Slow and easy and use your imagination in planning the shots you want.  Editing a video can remove the parts you don't like and you can adjust the play speed of segments of the video during edit.
