Super-impressed with my P2V+ having completed about 40 flights.

I am however having problem with an occasional extended time lag when streaming video to my iPhone to the extent that after it lands, the screen still shows mid-air footage. I'm also getting an occasional lock-up on the screen when I try to re-start. I can operate the up/down function of the camera but the iPhone still shows a fixed image from the previous flight.

I have to re-boot the controller, aircraft & iPhone to get a live image back.

The only thing that I can think of is the fact that the iPhone's memory is pretty close to capacity.

Any thoughts??

In app settings...
Lower the fps and/or resolution for Preview Quality.
That usually solves the latency issues...

Thanks TJ - never thought of that so I'll give it a go later today.

Again, thanks TJ.

I tried reducing the Preview Quality from '640x480 30fps' to '320x240 30fps' and the lag-time issue was resolved however when I tried to use Ground Station the background map including Hybrid & Satellite wouldn't show.

I adjusted the Preview Quality to '640x480 15fps' and both the lag-time issue and map display issues were resolved so this seems to be the best overall setting for me.

I'm using an iPhone 5 so not sure how this equates with any other device such as an android or tablet.
