Got my Mavic about two weeks ago only flown it three times spoke to the shop the day i got it about this issue with the gimbal
Some people saying it's normal and some people are saying it's not please watch the video and let me know what you people think do I return it to the shop and it's never been crashed or dropped is there a way to fix this tried gimbal calibration

Hi, this knocking is not happening with mine. If calibrating is not solving the problem, did you complete te calibration or did it stop at a certain percentage?
What happens if you fly, how does your video look?

Sorry to say that the gimbal calibration aligns the sensor to the horizon - this is not something that an auto gimbal cal. will sort out. The movement of the gimbal in your video is not normal and there appears to be a significant malfunction with the gimbal on start up. I would suggest taking it back and getting an immediate replacement in store or a full refund and buy it again.

Hi sir, how about the performance after the self-checking finished? It is the gimbal coaxial cable resistance tolerance that makes this sound, but if the gimbal is working properly after self-checking, then no worries. But if the gimbal status is not normal after that, please send it back for an overall check. Contact support.nl@dji.com for a further help. Thanks.

I have similar problem with the start up. Then when I flew to take videos I was experiencing gimbal shakes quite harsh. Please look at my video. I have spoken to couple of friends and they told me it could be because I was flying in a very high wind conditions previously. It might over worked the gimbal ? I got bo warning until today. Before I fly the warning says “gimbal overload” then it dissapears. So I flew and took some shots. Halfway the gimbal stuck, it rolls back and stays there. I switched it off and try to move the gimbal gently. It moves smoothly tilting down but when I tilt it up it stuck. My friend said I might need to replace the ribbon or the gimbal

Mine has been like this from the very first time I turned it on I have sent it back to the shop that is not right DJI support and the shop said it shouldn't be like that like I said this has been like this since I first ever turned it on 2 weeks ago
