This morning I woke up logged in as usual and had Second Officer level with 1076 points.

Three hours later I am demoted to lvl 4 with 937 points, what on earth is going on, I take this very seriously. I have no information just the theft, I require an answer. Please Administrators you should take the floor.

about 450 point disapear from my personal page ... no infraction notices ...

From Australia to Europe, looks like it's a worldwide scam. Fair dinkum mate, those points have been stolen.

This could go viral.

Best guess is that a Mod has done some cleanup and deleted old threads and posts with the result that our points got trashed with it.

Be careful with cleaning, better to have system in the mess than mess in the system.

Maybe they have updated the webside.

Well i hope they fix it and give back our points and dont just turn around and say suck it up cause if thats the case ill be out as well.
I enjoy contributing and its not about gaining the points its more just trying to help were i can but to have points taken away is wrong.

I am not sure, not keeping much track of it, from time to time i think i see it a lower than last time i checked but really not sure. ex the other day i saw it ending in the fourties and i am sure i had just noticed it beein in the seventies and for sure i have not made 60+ posts in between.

One thing i have noticed is that sometimes the large threads, at the moment some of the FW issue threads seem to be lower on pages than it has been, that make me think some Mod are doing house cleaning ....

I probably would not have noticed except for the demotion.

Yes, I think I am correct.
Until today you got 2 points per reply instead of 1 that was in the notice.
Now it is just 1. (as stated in the forum rules)

Another explanation would be that points has been used to buy stuff from the store, but i guess one would know in that case.

No, they changed the calculation of points for sure.
Until yesterday you got 2 points per reply (instead of the 1 stated in the rules / notification).
So that was a bug I guess.
Now when I reply to a post, I 'only' get 1.
So DJI clearly fixed a bug 'we' liked a lot

So I lost about half my points (the daily login points were ok, as were the 'points per thread').

I think they are tweaking the point system.
I now get 5 points per new thread instead of the 2 stated in the rules.

Guess next will be we require a detailed Point accounting log page.

Wow, now I don't even get points at all replying.

I was only ever getting 1 point per post so that may explain why some have had points removed but not all of us

Only tome i ever got 2 points was for daily login

Some kind of database issue.
Linking with a table with 2 records instead of 1 I guess
Happens to everyone who does something with databases I guess (I just fixed a bug just like that in one of our reports)

That is all well and good, but should I/we be paying for their mistakes. It is not a concept generally accepted by my patients. Neither have I been informed about this in advance, which a matter of common politeness where I come from. I remain annoyed and wait to hear from a DJI representative.

Well i know for a fact ive never recieved 2 points per post so if this is the reason for removing points then im out of here enjoy your flying guys and maybe one day i might see you flying and come over and say hello.
If dji reinstate my points to were they should rightfully be then i will come back but untill then im out of here.
