Today I have been posting several post and I have recently noticed than the counter has been stuck in the same number, not moving at all even if I responded to several post. I think it all started earlier when all of the sudden't 500 points disappeared from my point counter.
Can you please take a look at this issue and restore my points please?

I've never paid any attention to the points.
Update: Just checked before and after this post. I got one point.

I’ve lost nearly 500 points over night and get 1 point per reply!

That’s right, 1 point ;)

I was deducted 3000 points and have had no increase in my point count today.

How would people know how many points they lost?   Is it recorded or are people actually writing their points down each night?

It's recorded, if you go up to the top of the forum page and pass the cursor over the bell and click on Remind, you will be able to see how many points you have.

Jeeezz you have been plucked I have also the same bug, no points added to my score.

Yeah, I was downgraded from Second Officer to Lvl 4.   Now my replies are adding nothing to my point counter.

The forum announcement was released to explain the problem: https://forum.dji.com/thread-122947-1-1.html. Besides, the algorithm of the point is adjusted. So everyone experience the situation of losing points. Here is the good news: Members can gain more points according to the new rules, please check more info in the thread. Thanks for your attention.

Looks like it's been fixed - my points have been fully restored.

Switched to lvl 4 and reversed to lvl 3 overnight....!

Well it seems like I have been granted some of my points back and I'm first officer again, but I still don't know if I get points for replying the post, I'll just find out in a second.

I do get 1 point for the reply but I don't get the +1 point message in the oranage box.

Thank you very much Elektra, It's been restored and I gained some of my points back, so I'm glad again ;-) but the link you posted here does not work...

Then I think you should PM a mod, maybe DJI Grace and tell her she will take a look at it and solve it.

One question:

Are you one of the winners in the 'just answer' contest?
I lost points, only saw about it, b/c my 1. Officer got dowgraded to 2. Officer.
Not sure how many points I lost, but I assume we got the 900 from that contest, and looking on that, minimum4 or 500 are still missing.

You are the first person to answer me in a manner that makes me understand how people actually know the exact amount they lost.  Others just pointed me to where I see the points, which I knew anyhow.  Cheers matey!

Yes S-e-ven I was one of the winners from the previous contest and I got my reward just before point system adjustment and then I lost a lot of points. Even tho I regained my first officer staus/group I still miss a bounch of points, but I guess that's because of the erratic point system before the update.

Hi DJI Grace - yes thanks - all my points are restored but my 1800 points for the credit has been in audit since 25 November.
