An error occurred while updating and was cut in half. Then the red light is continuously on. Despite being connected to wifi and bluetooth, I am not updating and I can not use the osmo mobile. The general settings section does not open. Please help me!

Use a computer to do the update using DJI Assistant 2 v1.1.6 for either Apple or PC. Click Here to go to download page.

Hi Sir, sorry for the late response because of the time difference.
Like Marty mentioned, please update the firmware via DJI Assistant 2.
1. Download DJI Assistant 2 and install it in your computer.
2. Connect Osmo Mobile to your computer via the charging cable.
3. Login your DJI account and update the firmware in DJI Assistant 2.
