I have my spark and the remote control for now 1 month and everything worked well. But since the last week I can't connect anymore my spark with the remote control.

I can connect my phone with the remote control.
I can connect my phone with the spark.

But impossible to connect the remote control and the spark.

HELP PLEASE.

I have been trying for the last 2 days to conect using the 12341234 and it will no conect, even have tryed on other phones and tabletes but pasword 12341234 will not work and does conect..please help me!! si6ops@gmail.com

Sorry typed this out once and now I have to type it again.

Do the 9 second reset (3 beeps) on both the rc and spark. Then turn both off.

Turn both of them on and then press the pause, fb button and the bottom right programmable button on the top all at the same time, you should hear continuous beeping. Then press and hold the button on the spark till you hear 1 beep. Keep the rc 10 cm to the spark. You will see the rc connect to the spark and the light will turn green.

If you have trouble connecting the the rc WiFi afterwards take the spark outside and to a launch from your phone. Get the Home point and land again. Then turn off the spark and try connecting to the rc WiFi. It should work then.

Make sure you are running the updated firmware on both the spark and rc.

i had the same problem happen right after Christmas. I tried all the ways the months, nearly giveup. Glad to see someone fixed this issue.
But i cannot understand wt does it mean by "Press the pause, FB button, Bottom Right Programmable buttom on the top all the same time", i only saw FP button, but no FB button, and i even googled before cannot find wts programmable button at the right bottom.

The button to the left of right thimble/stick is the Function button with the abbreviation Fn is the function button.

At least you all have some success.  New out of the box, this device won't pair with the RC controller, or my phone.  It doesn't even broadcast the same SSID that is printed on the fulseloge or instructions/box.  I have an Inspire, Mavic, and several Phantoms and NEVER have all of them combined been more frustrating to deal with...toss in my password magically no longer working within the Go software and terrible/clueless phone support.  Unfortunately, my time with DJI may be coming to an end.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, on your mobile devices, you may see two wifis, one is for your RC and the other is for aircraft. I would suggest linking the RC to the AC as DJI Elektra posted on #6 then check the Wi-Fi of the RC using your mobile device and default password for that is 12341234. Thank you.

Suddenly very very glad I got an Air instead of the Spark. When every other drone DJI does links via cable why on earth force the Spark to use WiFi?  I see there’s a release now out that allows a cable to be used.
Maybe the same sort of logic that denied the Air the use of Occusync? Only that piece of silliness won’t be rectified with a firmware release...

We have had the same problem for the last two days. I have already tested all of the reset kinds, but nothing happens. has anyone had the same problem? If someone can help I Will thank a lot because i  dont know what more can i do.

I have the same issue here, and i tried all resets too.. it used to work normally right before i upgraded it to the new firmware today!

Info in here is good to know...  In case Mine does the same thing..

Yes. Solution:
Manual Relinking
1. Power on the aircraft and the remote controller. Wait until the aircraft status indicators blink yellow. Ensure that the remote controller is within 20 cm of the aircraft during linking.
2. Press and hold the power button of the Intelligent Flight Battery for three seconds. Release the button after hearing a single beep. The Front LEDs will blink red.
3. Press and hold the Flight Pause button, the Function button, and the Customizable button simultaneously.
Linking begins when the alarm becomes a quick single beep after an alternating single/double beep.
4. Then the front LEDs turn solid red after blinking green. When the status LED on the remote controller turns solid green, linking is complete.

That video is NONSENSE!  I tried both methods and neither one works!  After tapping RC Connected there is NO screen with Remote Controller, you just made that up!  Also linking the Remote to the Drone like this doesn't work and how do I stop the remote from constantly beeping?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to ask if you're having an issue connecting your RC to the aircraft after the firmware update? What is the color of the LED light on your RC? Does the phone connect to your RC via wi-fi? Please let us know for further help. Thank you for the support.

The RC was beeping non stop and could not connect to the aircraft.  We just made sticks calibration, and it stooped and connected to the aircraft.

1. Turn off Controller and Spark
2. Turn on Controller
3. Reset Controller (long press for 9 second Power Button)
4. Turn Off Controller
5. Turn On Spark
6. Long press on Battery button for two beeps (6 second)
7. Turn off Spark
8. Turn On Spark
9. Long press on Battery button for three beeps (9 second)
10. Turn Off Spark
11. Turn On Spark
12. Once Again press on Battery button for two beeps (6 second)
11. Then (without turn off) press on Buttery button for 1 beep (3 ceconf)
12. Turn on controller
13. Press tre battons Red Pause + Fn + Right Custom button till you hear short beeps and green sparking light
14. They connected in my case!

After that controller pairs to drone no prob in a standard way (3 buttons pressed at the same time). works like a charm.

Does anyone know a good place to get drone fixed in Houston, Texas area. I have a DJI Spark. Camera only works at 50% battery. I crashed it during landing a while back never worked the same since wreck. Thanks.

Have you tried deleting the app, reinstalling it, and then relogging into your DJI acc?

Thank you SO much. My son borrowed my Spark and then messed with something and I could no longer get the Spark and the RC to connect. Now it works!
