Hello, I recieved my new Ronin M in the mail today from B&H.com. I set up my Ronin for the first and realized one of the handle bars is missing this gold thread at the end making it impossible to tighten the the handle bar. Below are the pictures fresh out of the box.

I have the same problem. Is there a replacement gold thread I can order for the grip?
