Morning, guys.
I have an issue I'm hoping you can help with. I recently got a new PHantom 2 with H3-3D gimbal.
After unboxing I installed the gimbal per your 'new' instructions, got the anti-interference chip settled nicely. I then installed the drivers and programs then dived into the Assistant and RC software. I own another Phantom as well so this was all a piece of cake.
Took the Phantom out for her maiden voyage, powered up, waited for green lights and hit the sticks. Nothing happened. I walked closer (as if this would have any effect) and tried again. Nothing. But then I noticed my gimbal was turning left and right when I moved the throttle stick right and left. Brought it back home. Uninstalled everything (programs and drivers), reloaded everything. Recalibrated everything. Same thing. Gimbal left and right only.
I also noticed that with the NAZA-M 2 Assistant, it wasn't recognizing my drone at all (those two little lights in the bottom left corner of the program window sat dead). When I went to register my drone and RC on DJI's website the RC serial number entered fine; PTXXXXX. The Phantom SN didn't take and a message popped up "This SN has already been registered by another person."; PHXXXXX. So that's where I'm at.
Please help! |
