There is nothing wrong with the colour other than the fact that you had a cloudy sky which can tend to drab things down a bit. It really depends on whether you want it to look realistic or not. Your video looks quite realistic given the conditions. There are ways to change the sky in Premiere Pro but I am not sure about Elements. However, in this case, it would not do any good to do anything that brings out the sky because your horizon is crooked.You could also experiment with using some of the other colour styles in the DJI GO 4 app.
Colors are mether of personal taste Some prefer paler "natural" looking vision, majority prefers more saturated - punchy colors (You can easily see settings of most popular camera settings )
I personally use D-like cinema (or something ) 0-0-1, EV -1, sometimes use -8/-16 Filter and after editing sometimes up the saturation a notch but again it is mater of taste.
