09/07 Took this back in to  edit to practice and added some new footage  managed to make some improvements. Feedback are ideas for improvements  always welcome

Montage of drone footage i captured  of the Tyne river and quayside over the past year with the Mavic .Flew the drone mostly between 5am to 6am to avoid people .

Near the end, there was a crane holding something off the ground that looked to be a table with people having a meeting?  Am I crazy?  What was that?

Thanks for the nice feedback DJI Grace& DocAraxa . Stanfordwebbie the table was people having dinner   suspended 100 feet in the air .They paid to go up there and eat a meal witha  nice view , not my cup of tea.

I was just walking past and seen it one evening thought i was seeing things at first. "Dear is that a goup of people having dinner suspended from a crane in the sky " Yes dear i belive it is " Okay i will  just go and get my drone

I would love to be that brave, tell me, how do you keep track of it at night?

The video is nice compliments. Maybe I could fly freely in the city center. The most terrible thing are all those photoelectric lights aimed at night but compliance with anti-light standards does not exist in Newcastle? And always for the lights if there is an airport in the area as they do? Thanks for sharing.

It is nerve racking the first time you fly at night . Most important thing for me is to plan the flight and  where i position my self. Always try to be inline  with what i want to shoot and the  camera/drone path so that way its just a straight forward back and forth. Also i rely on the display map and compass. When it comes to landing the drones flashing light is a big help.
