I can open the app and it crashes 20 to 30 seconds after.
I unistalled it and reinstalled but still crashes.

Maybe some more info on the device you're using would help...

Some problem with my iPhone 7 + mavic. Latest firmware and updates but doesn’t matter what I want to do with the go 4 app it crashes after 10s

The application crashes every 10 seconds no matter if Mavic is connected or not.


@Support - the critical bug is here for three weeks and still there is no fix.  what's going on?!!

Are you on IOS 11.2 (not 11.1.2)?

yes,  before my trip i upgraded everything to latest versions

11.2.1 came out recently - try uninstalling the app, upgrade to the latest IOS, reboot the phone then reinstall the app

Thank you A CW. Upgrading to latest  11.2.1 has helped
Unfortunately it has already spoiled my holiday where the internet was not much available.


Now the question to DJI. How come you release new versions not tested on current and previous OS revisions?!! All other applications on my iPhone worked perfectly except DJI GO so it is entirely your fault! I am gradually losing confidence in your product quality and it is un likely that my next drone will be of DJI

I have the same problem! It crashes at least 10 times per 20 minute fly! No way! I have reinstalled the app three times and it does no work at all!

We see that not only quality assurance sucks - customer support sucks too! They don't even bother to reply
