I update to DJI GO v3.1.23 ... still the same problem.
Not possible to play back cache video from the device since v3.1.18, no matter what video viewer i use... even for the editor of the app itself.
It create a 2 minutes sequence even if i record only 15 secondes ! and play back stop after 4 ou 5 sec every time
The only way is to read direct the file on the sd card but it don't alow me to switch off the drone and the remote !
I'm on Samsung Tab S2 ( S two ) DJI GO 3 and Inspire Pro X5 (with all the last firmwares)
I test on a Iphone SE ... play back video is ok.
It's just a nightmare to work like this
Please DJI guy ... HELP

Have you tried to export the video cache to computer to see if they will be played in computer?

I dowload cache video from my Samsung S2 to my Imac 2015...same problem.
Can't read the ".mp4" video.
I rec during 20 secondes and DJIGO create a 8 min !!!! cache video that can't be read on tab or on W10 ou OS 10.11
No problem when i use a Iphone SE but i need my tab Samsung S2 for my work.
I can send you files to check if you want

For the moment i went back to DJIGO 3.1.5 whitch is ok to play caches files, but has you know, it's always asking me to upgrade to the last version ;-(
