Winter is coming... but little Spark took advantage of a short flyable weather window to take nice pictures.

The aircraftt handled cold temperature pretty well, but i still faced some very unusual and pretty long GPS losses (very strange for a full open environment where I never faced such events before). It might be the low temperaures, but it might also be the vision system that got lost with all this white glaring snow and had side effects on the flight mode...

I don't know. I was not trying to get close to them.

The place I flew was probably 2-3 km from Puy de Come (the one on the left side with double nested craters) and 7-8 km from Puy de Dome (center one with the large antenna on top)

You're technically allowed to get closer to them, but it's usually an area crowded with paragliders so i'm avoiding to go there for this reason (that said with the very cold weather, it would have been possible but I was also there for sleddging with kids so had no time to hike over there : https://www.skypixel.com/videos/ ... e-8efc-82bcb709994b )
