yea every time I trie to catch it I miss it cause of work Sunset it out by 4:15 Pm by the time I get the drone up there its too late

Great shot. I have my drone friend coming to visit my mountain range. We will also do some sunset shots.  Sometimes a good idea to try and get the sun in different parts of the shot, far left center far right top etc. You can also use the screen to change photo settings.
