[size=14.666666984558105px]I just bought the ultra through DJ,I and I bought a phantom 4 car charger from a DJI authorised dealer on flee bay, when I put the batteries in the charging slots the amber led light up and stay on, batteries have been on charge now for about 2 hours and nothing feels warm ie charger and batteries, and when I take them out of charger and press the button only one bar lights light up, its like nothing is charging what can I check

Hi, Zok, sorry to know you are experiencing difficulties, just to verify, do you mean the Status LED in charging hub shows solid yellow when charging?

the car charger status indicator is green, the charging hub is amber, when I put a battery in the hub I get two green flashes then 3 red flashes then it goes solid amber, on both batteries

Please help to verify if the voltage of your car meets the criteria.
DC Input: 12.3-16 V (Sedan); 25-30 V (Coach)
Please try other cars, if the problem persists, we suggest to send in the charger for further diagnosis. Thank you.
