I know for sure it's an area that Santa Cruz allows people to fly drones. It's legal to fly there. I don't know if it's the only legal place but legal nonetheless. As a matter of fact while performing this flight, one lady figured it was smart to make a comment and says something along the lines of "That thing is excessively loud!" like as if it was a crime or that I didn't need to be doing that at that moment. I then proceeded with a response back with "Ok. What are you going to do about it?" She had no response of course. Just a dumb lady who felt as if she needed to voice her opinion and get involved when in fact she should've minded her own damn business. LOL!
haha... I hear ya. Can't win them all, can we? I've been there flying drones at least 4 to 5 times and never had any issues. Some did approached me and asked about the range and cost of the drone but nothing more. Oh well.... as long as we know that we're breaking the law, we're good, and it's none of others' business.  |
