Last weekend I found out the Osmo Mobile is a perfect match for the default iOS camera app.
The level / constant motion that is provided by moving around with the joystick only is perfect for the panorama function on the iOS camera app.
(not DJI Go, but the one from Apple).
It makes for very little stitching errors, as the axle of rotation is rather close to the lens.
Works like a charm!

Now I am considering to buy the arm to be able to connect to a tripod. That would make an even more convenient workflow!

PS, it works for vertical panorama's also.

I will miss the combo of an iPhone with an Osmo.
But just with the stock camera app and not Go.

Not sure about that.
DJI is not exactly the best camera app manufacturer.
Apple is doing a much better job in that regard.
But I won't get another Osmo Mobile.
P2 will be it.

Im not entirely sure what they would do,  for example the Lenka app is pretty useless.

All I know is that the stock camera app from Apple does a .. of a job with images.
I have yet to see DJI match that.

Apple have put a lot of computational excellence into their camera app.   Most of which is exposed in the APIs so any body else could use the same features.  I guess they are coding on a budget.
