Hello guys,
Greetings from US. I have a question regarding the winner list of Cyber Monday.
According to DJI ultimate sale guide (https://store.dji.com/guides/2017-dji-black-friday-deals/): if you’re one of the first 50 people to order on the 27th, you will win $100 in DJI Credit.
I ordered a Spark Fly more combo right at 12 AM, but haven't received an email or remind about that. There is no winner list released to the public, either. I also contacted the custom service, they refused to check the list and replied "if you were one of the list, you would receive an email". What a great answer!
So, just curious, does anyone win $100 DJI credit for Cyber Monday?

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue right now, the bogus "winners have been emailed already" answer. I'm not going to lie, the entire promotion feels like a bait and switch with no way for anyone to verify who actually won since you're not "guaranteed" anything unless DJI determines so ;) ... The easiest thing to do DJI is to post a winners list, if such a list exists.

Which time zone did you use to place the order? I recall the promotion saying PST, which is what I used when placing mine. Mine was placed at: "2017-11-27 08:00:03 (UTC)". I also recall something about Credit becoming available in your account once they confirm the order wasn't cancelled and Dec 12th was also in there for some reason (I think). I regret not taking a screenshot of it.

I'm also curious to know if anyone got the credit and what time their order was placed.

YES! It was technically the Mavic Pro, but the Cyber Monday promotion still applied to it as well.

I would of otherwise gone to a more reliable reseller such as Amazon. Based on prior research, DJI's Order Customer Support doesn't have the best reputation out there, I'm finding that out first hand right now.

I placed my order few minutes 2017-11-27 08:00:24 (UTC) which is 00:00:24 PST. No news yet despite checking with online support.. Am hoping to get the credit to buy an OSMO.. The support said credits (referring to loyalty credit)  are usually credited 2 weeks after delivery reach my address... but I read somewhere it should be two weeks after item has been shipped out which is today!

Hi Thor,

You're missing the point, none of us are looking to check our status, I believe we've all done that via communication directly with DJI. We are asking for a winners list with time stamps, it's the only way to know if this wasn't a bait and switch.

I have to admit that I'm not much on complaining, but this is somewhat disappointing that you ran a clearly stated promotion, but won't provide any kind of winners list or information about how the winners were determined.  In a case of a random drawing you would expect at least a winners list on request, but with this being a promotion based on timing, it's even more important.  My order was placed at Order Time:        2017-11-27 08:00:02 (UTC)

and while I have no idea how to break it down to milliseconds, I'd be very interested in knowing how many people were able to order it in one second as opposed to two.

A list was posted, check out https://forum.dji.com/thread-120446-3-1.html but they didnt disclose the order times, which I think they should have since like you said this was a TIMED promotion.

None of the winners actually got emails!  Some of the winners placed their orders at 02 seconds while others at 17 seconds. Good luck getting your credit.
