Hi, Had an issue the other day where I recorded 9 minutes so the file was automatically split in two files and the first file was completely broken corrupt and the second file worked fine so I have the end of the flight but lost all my shots.   Never had this issue before on the mavic and its the same card I've always used.  I have seen and reported this issue in the past on the Inspire 1.  Anybody else have this Issue?  Anyone found a way to fix this file so it can be played?

Just reformat the card if still have issues sayyou goodbuyyyyyyyys! and get a new one.

Have you restarted the mavic with the card inside. It fixed my problem so i got back the first 4 Gb.

Well I tried putting the card back in the mavic and no luck not even the mavic can recognize file.  It appears without time information as if its 0 seconds Nothing can play it,  yet it is almost 4 gigs

Already did    no media players can recognize that there is a video in the file.   Same with the Mavic...

Ok I was able to at least recover the video file thanks to this

It has not time Index at all shows 0s, and its a .h264, but it plays fine.

Had tried this back in the day on an inspire video file with no luck but it seems to work now as long as you pick the correct resolution.

Hi Zane, it is so pleasant to hear that you can recover the video. Regularly, we will suggest the customers try the following steps:
1. Plug the SD card back to the drone;
2. Power on the drone;
3. The files will be recovered itself if there are not too many corrupted files. And please check on DJI GO 4 app to see if the files had recovered;
4. If steps above doesn't work, please export the important corrupted files and one normal file and upload to Dropbox, I'll try to see if I can help;
5. You can format the SD card if there are no important files and you can film again. Of course, it is also great to have other users suggestions. Let me know if there is anything you need me to do next time.

Thanks!  I did try 1-3 without luck but with that app I was able to successfully recover the file as well as an old corrupted file from my i1 I was holding on to hopping to one day recover.  I had tried that app at that time but was never able to get anything playable out.  It seems to be fully functional now.

This experience is never fun. I have the same issue at times.
