Just done 2 batteries 30+ mins with latest FW and 1.0.10 Android App On Samy TabS 10", All good and solid, no app crashes, no GPS drop outs and no gimbal twitch's,. and batteries charging as normal, fingers x'd all as should be, just need Way points, POI and flight simulator on Android and Dji will be back on my Xmas card list.

can you explain what you did to get it to work - will not update I have gone through four batteries and has not updated am I doing something wrong

Did you remove the text file on the SD between battery updates?   It will skip over if it sees the SUCCESS text file.

I had that issue too no text file but i did have the dcim? folder.
so I deleted the dcim? folder and tried again and then I had the text file success.
then I deleted everything but the bin file and did every battery separate, my inspire had a red indicater light on whilst doing the battery upgrade, and the battery power button would go out whilst upgrading too.
unfortunately we can no longer see the individual firmware numbers any more......

did you try re formatting the memory card? and then try putting the bin file on again?

is 1.0.3 the latest app available?

Hmmm.  I had that with one of my remotes on a previous upgrade but was because it was bricked.   Never got a response from the upgrade.

So did you say the Inspire upgraded but this in relation to the batteries?

so you know i have not updated the TX yet

when doing the aircraft update you did leave the remotes off right?
see this is really weird as I had the same issue as you described earlier, but deleted everything except the bin file and tried again.
I would get 4 faint beeps in a row and then when it was all over it was like one long beep and then two shorter beeps and that was it, it was done....

try updating the remote and then power it all up and check in the app the version numbers.
maybe it took it and alls ok????

You'd still see a new text file if it was already updated.  The TXT file would say SKIPPED or something.

Did you try to download the file from the DJI website again...My first try came up with a corrupted file while downloading it. When I downloaded it again it worked fine...However, the original file did generate a text file...

Trying to update but it looks like the TX does not want to update either

I just noticed that the Android app has version 1.0.10 now!!

Oops my craft in in DJI's workshop including all my batteries. Now my 1.0.10 android Pilot app gives a battery level of 3,50V 100%life ???

No fly zones are integrated now, plus quite a few differences. Back to school for new studies

Tried deleting txt file from sd card then updating batteries after successful update of craft. Only was able to upgrade two of four batteries. Whats happens if those are not updated?

1.03 is for IOS only

The 1.07 is the older android. They launched 1 09 yesterday but it crashed everytime you start the app. 1.10 was launched today to update the Android app as it hopefully fixes the app crash issue.

And the typical reason for a lot of app developers for unmatched version numbers is when one for at of app gets more tlc than the other resulting in a lot of bugs (like the android app) so the version number is incrementally increased to hopefully prevent engineers from compiling a wrong, old or not debugged version.

Like a lot of companies I would be safe to assume based on "some statistic's" a lot more time was spent in the developer platform for IOS over Android resulting in a much higher qty of revisions to the beta testers and published to us

how can you check to see if the batteries have been updated

I really wish that SOMEONE from DJI for answer this question, HOW CAN YOU CHECK WETHER OR NOT A BATTERY HAS BEEN UPDATED??????

Glad im not alone, hopefully someone can share how to check if battery is updated!
