Hello DJI. A week ago I needed to download a flight log from my iOSD mkII and the Data viewer told me that there is no SD card inside. This is my third mkII and the others are working fine with the factory SD installed. What is the problem with my module ? Or someone just forgot to install the memory card inside

Have you opened your MK II?  There is a removable SD card inside the unit.  If yours is not present then you need to have a RMA for replacement.

No I did not opened it. The software told me that there in no SD installed. Should I open it and check ?
