Crashed my Inspire 1. Contaced support and got RMA to send to LA facility. Bundled up the broken bird, shipped her via FedEx.

Where do I log into Zendesk to track repair status? The email from DJI with RMA mentions Zendesk, but no link.

You will get the link once they check into their system.  So the process goes like this:

1.  You ship it to them and they receive it.
2.  Wait about 7-20 days, then they will check it in and you will receive your link to Zendesk.
3.  10 days after, that they will repair it.
4.  A week later they will finish and test.
5.  5 days later, they will ship.

It has been checked in 10 days prior to my finding (by accident) the zendesk BS.

Im not suprised DJI uses Zendesk.  Both void of customer service.

I have deleted the email accidentally that contained the link to Zendesk. Can this link be provided again to me so I can check status?
