Hi there, new user here.  Tech support asked that I take a screenshot of an error message I'm getting.  I have the Plus controller and am unfamiliar with android. How do I take a screenshot on this non-apple device?  I've read the manuals the searched the internets and got a few trillion hits on "screenshot" but nothing on how.  Thanks!

Hold up your Apple, and take a shot of your controller?  Don’t believe there is another option, and support should have known that.

I think you're right on both comments. . .

You tap on top of screen and drag down, one of the lower right icons are for the screenshot function.
Be aware that you can't take screenshots of everything as some things as ex. popup boxes close when you tap the screen to drag down.

I really would like to exchange the Social media crap(ps) with a screen recorder in order to document all the issues this thing have!

Hello Steve, you can slide down the screen, there will be an icon of Capture, click it and the screenshot will be captured. Just have a try.
