Ever since the new update I can not pull up my local videos. Does anyone have a solution for this problem. Thanks.

By local videos, I'll assume you mean the cached images and you're trying to load them in the Editor?
It's possible that it's not storing them during your flights. Under GO 4 General Settings, check whether "Cache during video shooting" is enabled, and that you have a reasonable amount of capacity alllocated on your device. I generally have set to 4Gb.

Under the album section in the editor it allows you to load photos and videos that you have stored on your phone or tablet. You can access these photos and videos and use them to create your own videos. Ever since the new update I can no longer access the videos

Hello Sir, which mobile device do you use and what's the current OS? Could you upload a short video? We'd like to help.

I am using an IPhone 7 and a iPad Air 2. I used to be able to pull up old videos and photos but now the videos from the local file won’t load. I would send a video if I knew how.

I just tried to down load a video from my local files and got a message that stated downloading files from iCloud is temporarily not working.  What’s going on with DJI and the iCloud. I hope they get this fixed. If anyone knows what the problem is can you please let me know.

Dji Susan. You have asked me the same question three times and I have answered it the best that I can but you never respond back with advise or a solution. Do you know what the problem is or not. Apparently there a lot of others with the same problem
