My Osmo Mobile Gimbal ther ir crazy. I try reset settings but... not working

If you can hold your Osmo Mobile like that while it is on and feel no resistance, there is something wrong I would say.
Not sure what happened before this, but if you hold your Osmo Mobile at the bracket while it is on, you will break the motor for sure.
Only balance the thing when it is off.

I would try a calibration and if that does not work, send it back for repair.

Hello my friend. Thanks for the answer. This option does not exist in the "Dji Go 4 - For products before P4" APP for Osmo Mobile. I continue with the problem.

You should be using DJI Go and not DJI Go 4.

Hi there, the corresponding APP of Osmo Mobile is DJI Go APP.
When you run DJI Go, please make sure DJI Go 4 APP has been completely closed.
''Mobile detect'' can be found in DJI Go--Gimbal Settings.
Here is the tutorial video of how to use Osmo Mobile properly, please refer to it, thank you.

I have the same problem. I installed the app informed here and it did not solve.

I kept the box working. When I used it again hours later, it was crazy.

I can not calibrate. Reinstalling the firmware did not solve.

I'm worried because I bought it in another country less than a week ago.
