DJI X5 Camera Purple Banding Camera Malfunction

After we updated the firmware on the Inspire 2 to the latest (as of October but not December) firmware, our X5 has produced a purple banded image that looks like the photo here. We got one error that said we needed to recalibrate the vision system, which we did. That didn't fixt it. We've since upgraded to the latest firmware and purchased an X7. The X7 works fine. Has anybody seen this before? Any ideas?

Hi there, sorry to know your are experiencing difficulties.  
May I know if the original footage in SD card and SSD card is normal?
What mobile device are you using? Have you tried another one?
The vision sensor icon will become red when the landing gear is not raised.
More info would be appreciated for better support.

The footage that comes out of both cards looks just like you see above with the banding. Whatever is going on is not just a preview problem.

We're using iPhone SE and also tried an iPhone 7

Thanks for coming back to us, if the original footage in the cards has the same issue, could you please upload several of them to Dropbox or Google Driver and post the link here for further analysis? It's very important for us to locate the problem.
Besides, please help to verify the current firmware of your drone is V01.01.0300 right?

We just tried it again yesterday, and it works perfectly all of a sudden.
