So I ordered a Phantom 4 Advanced on the 7th, and they released a sale that you recieve a free battery on the 9th. But I don't qualify for it because I ordered it to early. I wish I would have known and I would have waited. I emailed support, which mind you is a complete joke, and they told me sorry I am out of luck. My ONLY option is to send it back and reorder the drone. Really?

Wouldnt matter if you bought a toaster one week and the next week it goes on sale that happens all the time.
Just the way life goes i guess.
But hey look at the bright side at least your still getting a damn fine drone.

I can't say I have ever dealt with a company not willing to work with you, but instructing me to send it back and purchase it again? Why not just honor the sale? That makes no sense to me!

yep, that's like me buying the P4, only to have the mavic pro released 2 weeks later. i'm waiting awhile (a long while) before jumping to the platinum or spark for future releases.

Chinese company.......Their way or the  highway.
