Someone must know a fix for this issue. Mavic not updating correctly leaving me with inconsistent firmware on RC and AC.

I tried to update the firmware from 01.03.0400.

I have tried using DJI Go APP and the DJI Assistant. Both continually fail. I have tried manually. on the app and through cables, no cables, etc. (Pretty much everything!)

I am now in this position:

App 4.1.15 (I downgraded it from 4.1.18 on S7 to see if it would help, it didn't)
Aircraft 01.03.0400
Remote 01.04.0100
App DB 01.00.01.07
Basic Fly Safe DB 01.00.01.05

Please help me fix this issue! Thanks!

Hi James, I've received your message in PM as well, thanks! The beta will be available in your account soon, please refer the below to try later.

1.Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13
3.Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one, it will be working.

It has been added to your account already, please refresh the firmware list, see if you received it.

I am having the same issue with my P4Pro.  None of the methods work and now I have no connection with the transmitter.  Using DJI assistant, it stops at 15% and show error  Can you please send me a beta to try account at markc@soaringvideo.com.au
