I ordered on April 9th. I just checked the tracking and it says it should be here on the 5th from Torrence California.

Yes that's what mine says I also have a tracking number I ordered on 13

on the "my order" page, it has been on payment reviewing for 3 days. is this normal or should i contact DJI?

Mine did not do that - went to "Pay Confirmed" fairly quick.  

I ordered Phantom 3 without extra batteries in order to make process faster on 21 April. I'm still waiting on Authorized. When I saw that they changed avability to shipping in 7 days on store, I asked  for estimeted shipping date to DJI after sales but they anwsered with useless brief description on dji web site. Do you have any idea about shipping date, is there any body who purchase phantom 3 within 21 April?

We plan to start shipping for phantom 3 about 7-10 working days after payment confirmed and arrange shipment according to payment sequence when we have stock of it from now on for phantom 3 with extra battery(second battery will be sent out later when we have enough stock). It takes about 3-5 working days to get it delivered after shipped out. Since we don't have order amount and daily production capability info, we are not able to estimate shipping date.
We will process your order as soon as possible.

I ordered with extra battery and it has shipped via fedex.  Very surprised to see it shipping this e ...

I just got an email from Amazon that says June 8th -30th. No extra battery on professional model

Order 32432 from May 8th - Phantom 3 Pro with extra battery. Got through Payment Success phase, but no shipping date yet!

Order 21031... shipment is still pending... order APR 24... was told by DJI that they expected it to be in the mail today... hoping to get it this weekend...

You'll have to let us know if yours ships today.  We ordered on the 25th #22270 so hopefully ours will ship the day after yours!!!!

I had ordered through amazon and they suddenly had ajune 30 release date, so I canceled that order, and ordered through DJI, after talking to the online chat presales if I ordered it, it would take 7-10 days, then be shipped which would take 5 more days. The battery would be shipped seperate, soon after.
This was on 5/1.  They also told me the onlinesales email  has more updated info.

This is pro version, extra batt.  (Wonder if anyone is NOT ordering the pro version, and if there's availability  issues with those?)

I've emailed onlinesales 3 times with no response, the status is still "pending."

Today (May 13) I got an email stating my order was on it's way, but that my extra battery would ship separately "Later in May".  So perhaps it's the batteries that are holding everything up.

Anyway, if they are up to roughly April 21st-ish now for orders, I would expect your order on the 1st to ship next week.  Expect the extra battery to come in a separate shipment that we all are waiting on as well later this month.

Just got the much anticipated "Your DJI Order has shipped"!  with the "Note" about the extra battery shipping separately at a later date in May.  
Now to do some case shopping

Ordered 4/19, Shipped on 5/14 (Professional Version). However, notice stating that extra battery will be shipped later in May.

Went from Preparing to Shipped in 24 hours.

Got notified yesterday it's shipped.  So ordered 5/1 shipped 5/16.  Checked fedex, it's chillin it's little propellers at Fedex in Shenzhen for a may 20 (wed) delivery. (Battery "later in May")

Must have received a batch, and went through the list.

Same here,, I was order 26000 on May 1,, got the shipped email yesterday..   Booooooom !

Order on 29 April, got it on today 17 May

I ordered P3 pro Version on May 18 and payment successful,but shipping from Fedex still pending till now

I'm in the U.S. and I pre ordered just under two weeks ago from B&H. Just got the shipment notification this morning. Should be here Friday.

I got this email today,so if there's no delays I will receive it before june 5,fingers crossed!!!

Oh I live in U.S. and they said in U.S. Region will distribute to the dealer now

Anyone get their extra battery yet?   Mine now shows up as a separate order, marked "pending" under the shipping section.

I am writing from the USA.
Would you please send me the HS Code, the SKED B Number and the ECCN for Phantom 3 Professional.
Your dealer doesn't have this information and I need it ASAP.

Am shipping my P3P back for service and per instructions I am to include drone, controller and batteries.  Are there any issues sending the batteries, as required for service, via UPS or USPS.
