I did as suggested and sent an email to support.us@dji.com. I asked what is the part number and cost and if I could buy 2 with the picture. I get the first reply they have the request. The second email asked me for all the information, model, purchase place, date, and a picture again? etc.. We know these plugs are the same from my p3, p4, inspire 1 and 2 so I don't know why they have an issue with such a simple request. Last night I got another email saying I need to send the RC back for repair. OMG, No way am I sending these 3000 miles for a rubber plug and waiting for 5-12 weeks, I find this frustrating. Can anyone at DJI just get me 2 or 3 of these please, I'll gladly pay for them.
