I still can’t download any videos from my local files. Is anyone else having this problem. I get a message that says that local are unavailable at this time. Is there a problem with dji and iCloud.

The dji app is .20 and I just downloaded the latest update on my p4p .0300. Every time I try to import my local videos to the dji go 4 app it tells me that downloading videos from ICloud is currently unavailable.

The new dji app update seemed to fix the problem.

I bought a brand new iPhone X which has a latest iOS version available. So I have installed the latest version of DJI app and that is DJI GO 4. However, I am facing difficulties to download any videos from my local files. I also asked Apple iPhone Support [url]https://iphonesupport.net/iphone-customer-support-number/[/url] regarding this problem. So may I know any proper solution to this problem?
