hi, I need help!!!!
I can not connect my osmo mobile with my motoZ, I can not get the BT to connect, my phone recognizes to the osmo and when I put connect is there without being able to connect
in the BT list of the motoZ appears but no pair
I downloaded the latest firmware via DJI Assisten 2
I tried with another phone the huawei P8 phone and it works without problems
Could you tell me what I can do to solve this problem?

Hi, Alejandro, may I know the Bluetooth version of your motoZ?
Did you close the Bluetooth of other devices when you connect to Osmo Mobile?
Please try to remove Osmo Mobile in your Bluetooth list and connect it in DJI Go APP again.
Besides, when you connect to Huawei P8, please try to enter Gimbal Settings to close ''Mobile detect'' and then try motoZ again.
Please let me know if the problem persists.

I'm having a Bluetooth problem also.  This morning I used my osmo mobile with my ipone 7plus.  it worked fine.   I saw there was an update for the Osmo mobile, downloaded and installed the update now my Bluetooth does not work at all.  it connects and disconnects, tried connecting on phone and on app with no success.  It only happened after the latest update.  totally sucks, wish I had not updated it.

Hi Randito, are you sure the firmware has been updated successfully?
Please download DJI Assistant 2 in Osmo Mobile Download page to your computer, then connect Osmo Mobile to DJI Assistant 2 via the charging cable and check the firmware status.
Besides, when you run DJI Go APP, please make sure the DJI Go 4 has been closed totally and make sure there is no other Bluetooth interference.

the app Djigo4 was cloused when could the phone to the osmo, that was chequed!!!
the connection tests were made in the middle of the garden away from the house, I think it is an incompatibility between the 7.1.1 of the android and the djigo apll since with the version 5.1 it works well

MotoZ is not in our compatible list, maybe there is a compatibility issue.
